About the Retreat

A Thoughtfully Designed Pause Along the Journey

Greenfields Sundaravanam Retreat is built on a shared vision to create a thoughtfully designed destination that serves both travelers and people from nearby towns and villages.

Located along National Highway 65 near Anumanchipalli, the retreat was conceptualized to go beyond a conventional highway stop. It is designed as a space where people can pause, spend quality time, and experience comfort in a natural setting.

Perspectives

The project is led by six founders from diverse professional backgrounds. Mr. Mullangi Narsireddy brings strong agricultural expertise, while Mr. Yaraddoddi Venkata Avinash Reddy contributes experience in construction and design. Mr. Mullangi Kiran Kishore Reddy, Mr. D. S. Vamsi Krishna, and Mrs. Kiranjyothi bring knowledge from IT, market research, and finance, ensuring a structured and customer-focused approach. Mrs. Charmila Reddy provides financial oversight and strategic direction.

Growing with a Clear Vision

The retreat is being developed in phases and will offer dining, accommodation, recreation, and event spaces. The focus remains on delivering a well-planned, high-quality experience for visitors traveling between Vijayawada and Hyderabad, as well as for people from nearby towns and villages.
